All the metallic shine lipstick shades are so pretty, glamorous and impressive. I bet they'll look good on every skin tone. The texture is so creamy and one swipe is enough to get a nice pigmented color. I like the amount of sparkle it gives to make my lips stand out.
You can also build it up if you like more thick coverage.
The packaging of Oulac cosmetics products make them look so high end and expensive but in actuality they are one of the most affordable brands.
